I believe that you need WMQI 2.1!

We had a problem with message flows hanging with this combination and got the following explanation from IBM support. They gave us an efix - patch P18865 which did solved the problem.

<<There is a known problem on V2.02 CSD03 that causes the MRM message
structure to be 'flattened' when it is deployed to the broker. This can
cause many different problems when an attempt is made to use the
messageSet via a message flow. One of the manifestations we have seen of
the problem, is the broker hanging during the MRM processing, and the
DataFlowEngine process has to be killed.>>
