Hi
I am Putting a message in Queue through a Java program...... reading from a File & another program is geting it from the queue & writting it into a file
A bad Character is getting appended at the last. If i see it through SMITTY it is "." ...... if it is viewed through a notepad a bad character is comming......But in Command promt nothing is visible.
I dont want the bad character......... how to remove it? help please........ |

The exact length of the input file being read (according to the operating system) and the exact length of the output file being written (according to the operating system) would be useful to know. One would expect them to be the same... Most likely you have screwed up the length fields somewhere in your calls to MQ.
