I've got an error worth sharing with everyone. We today tried to upgrade from DB2 7.1 no fixpack to 7.1 fixpack 5. We hit the following errors while trying to start our HP-UX 2.1 CSD#1 brokers.

This was due to a DB2 issue with the ODBC drivers. The temporary solution was to change the drivers in the /var/mqsi/odbc/.odbc.ini for DB2 from:
../sqllib/lib/libdb2.sl
to the following:
../sqllib/lib/libdb2_36.sl
