How to read a requests message at broker and ditribute it to two different Application server?

In detail we are getting a request from an online application and we need to send this same request to two different application server..

there is no topic attached with these request message? Which property i can use to publish the same request message to two remote application server?

Distribution list or multiple propogrates depending on your exact needs. Or add a topic.

Do you need to send it to *BOTH* app servers, or do you need to balance the workload between the two?

In the second case, you need to put a balancing layer in the transport you are using to talk to the app servers. Since you kindly did not mention what transport, I will kindly refrain from mentioning any specific technologies for different transports.
