I installed Cluster Security Exit in a Queue Mnager. Now all the CLUSSDR,CLUSRCVR channels are in "Retrying state". I tries to stop it and again re start it,but it is not getting stopped.
STOP CHANNEL(EMMAMCLT01.PTPRET11)
AMQ9533: Channel 'EMMAMCLT01.PTPRET11' is not currently active.
No entry in .log files in /errors folder with today's date no .FDC files also.
How to run the channels |

This may sound obvious, but do they start properly if you take the exit out again?

What about in /qmgrs/<your queue manager name>/errors? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

I suppose you mean in a cluster channel. If you put it in a CLUSSDR it will be overwritten by the CLUSRCVR definition and lost. If you put it in a CLUSRCVR it will be copied to the corresponding CLUSSDRs, and you need to write a channel auto-def exit to define the exit to the CLUSSDR properly.
This is not a trivial exercise, so give up now if you are not (as I suspect) an experienced C programmer capable of reading and understanding the Intercomms manual. |
