we are using workflow 3.6 and mq series 5.3, not MQ for WebSphere, however i have installed WebSphere 6.1 as a standalone. everything is installed on the same server
if you are using MQWF 3.6 your client code should not require fmcojprf as this is a C++ JNI library that was required for the 'classic' Java API fmcojagt.jar. With MQWF 3.6 the 'new' pure Java API fmcjapi.jar was shipped. Rebuild and redeploy your client application using fmcjapi.jar. Make sure that the MQ JMS libraries are in the CLASSPATH.
