When attempting to start an existing QMGR I receive the following:
QMNAME(ISWMQ05Q) STATUS(Ended unexpectedly)
$ strmqm ISWMQ05Q
WebSphere MQ queue manager 'ISWMQ05Q' starting.
The Queue Manager ended for reason 2341977501082845184 ''
When i try to create a new QMGR, I get a coredump, and the FDC below...
$ crtmqm TEST
Segmentation fault(coredump)

Looks like the permissions on the files have not been set correctly.
check the permissions for file crtmqm (r-s,r-s,---) _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Here are the permissions for crtmqm:
a09050x7:(/usr/mqm/bin) 136: ls -ltr crtmqm
-rwxr-xr-x 1 mqm mqm 216909 Oct 21 2005 crtmqm
a09050x7:(/usr/mqm/bin) 137:
Executable is there. |

The question was never whether it was there. The question was always what are the permissions on it:
You show -rwxr-xr-x
You should have -r-sr-sr--
like in:
-r-sr-s--- 1 mqm mqm 218125 Aug 01 2007 /usr/mqm/bin/crtmqm
