Updating a subflow

We have a subflow in a project that is used by a large number of message flows (over 150 bar files involved). The subflow is changed and is also moved to another project. We need to upgrade all the bar files. I know that the normal is to
1. open up the message flow project and change the project reference to point to the new project containing the updated subflow
2. Refresh the bar file
3. Re-deploy.
Is there any easier way to do this for the large number of message flow and bar files involved.

there is no way,
you have to re-load the bar file, as its the form of compilation and deploy it.
