Am I correct in thinking that a JMS application has no concept of opening a queue for input only or output only?

The reason I ask is that I had set up the permissions on the queues as follows:

setmqaut -m QM -n OUTPUT.QUEUE -t queue -g group +put +inq setmqaut -m QM -n INPUT.QUEUE -t queue -g group +get +inq

but the application got a 2035 until I gave "group" +put +get and +inq on all the queues.

Not my code ... Third party code opening the queue - we have no idea how their code is written, but it failed to "connect to the queue".

You can tell here that I'm no JMS guru.

They may open after all the same queue (Destination) for put and for get...

If you need to track it down grant +allmqi and start removing one by one...

Enjoy
