I'm trying to administer Solaris qmgr from window's box. I have craeted userid on solaris and used in MCAUSER attribute in SYSTEM.ADMIN.VRCONN. when we connected to remote qmgr I'm getting permission failed error.

I have given permissions to that user by using setmqaut.

Don't do that. Unix only stores permissions at the group level!

Run refresh security as the user was created after qmgr start up...
