Please anybody tell me what do you mean by Load balancing in Mqseries and how it is done. also tell me the link or url so that i can refer the same

mqsereis load-balancing can be implemented using the feature of
Clustering. Create two queue manager in the same box as custering
queue managers. The two queue managers share all the MQ objects.

1) MQ managers in cluster don't need to be on the same box.

2) Managers in cluster can share objects.

But i also need information about the back up of the Mqobjects. How it should be done do we have any utility???
