Hi,

I have been asked to provide a combined date and time in miliseconds for an oracle database update. I was told that this is a common practice and most languages have the capability to do this with a single function. I have never heard of such a thing so I figured I would ask you folks if this is a common thing. If it is, what languages have this capability and is it possible in WMQI? I have looked in the ESQL manual and have not found anything that would do this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions.

Karen
