First-chance exception in MyServerProg.EXE (AMQZST.DLL): 0xC0000005: Access Violation.

What could be a reason? Which DLL is this?

Of course, as you've given no details about MQ level, platform or when the error occurs this links will be about as much help as it's likely you'll get.....
