Hi Guys!!!
I'm tyring to deploy my borker and i'm getting the following error... and in my operations tab i notice ?(means i guess broker is in intermediate stage and unable to update the configuration data. My question is to overcome this issue HOW DO I CHECK MQSERIES LOG SIZE, AND INCEREASE IF REQUIRED. WHAT IS THE MAX SIZE WE CAN HAVE.

I have tried by all means like deleting CSECTION= DPLING from the CM DB, restarting system... i guess this problem started when i'm using my debugger extensively(i mean debug the same msg flow again and again)

BIP2066E: Broker MQBROKER (UUID 989fa957-ef00-1111-0080-f51f6173ccaa) unable to retrieve internal configuration response message for execution group Customer.
The Execution Group did not respond in a timely manner. The internal configuration message response will be discarded if it arrives after this point.

Investigate why the Execution Group was unable to respond before being timed out. Use the system log messages to determine if there is a problem with the Execution Group. You should check that your system is not running short of resources, for example, you may need to increase the MQSeries log size. Reducing the complexity of the deploy by reducing the number of Execution Groups may also help to alleviate this problem. Additionally, you can increase (or decrease) the timeout by using the mqsichangebroker option, ConfigurationTimeout. This will not resolve any underlying problem with the deployed message, but can be used to reduce the response turnaround time or increase it to allow for large and complex deployments. Correct the problem and redeploy the broker's configuration from the Control Center. Contact your IBM support center if you are unable to resolve the problem.

I would appreciate if someone can suggest me what to do...

Thanks
Sam

I got this kind of errors many times, I have tried increase all log sizes as it is showing in the error messages. Nothing worked out for me. I have recreated the broker, then it was fine.

Before recreating the broker , you can try to restart ConfigManager, Broker and their hosting QueueManagers and see if it would work, o.w try to recreate the broker.

Hey there,

thanks for ur response, i did the same thing as u said, i have created new Broker ofcouse i have given the same old name... still i have the same problem. what is happening is once i created the new broker and deployed the broker it is fine. so i put my input msg in the input queue and i got the required the output back in my output queue. then i tried to debug my msgflow then it gives me problem... in the operations tab i see '?' instead of red or green or yellow....
i appreciate if u could tell me how to increase the log size.... so that i will try how it may impact...

Thanks
