I am not able to connect to the config manager from the broker tool kit. Here is the error I got from the event viewer. It was working fine for around 4 weeks. I am not sure if any of the change I made to debug a problem with User defined Node caused the issue. Please let me know if anyone came across the same issue.

Also, please apply maintenance to take you to at least v6.0.0.3, preferrably v6.0.0.5.

You need to install the Java component of MQ v6 and ensure that the MQ Java Client JARs are on your CLASSPATH.
This problem has been discussed lots on this forum before. Please search for 'msgToken'.
