hi

I wanted to know that if we dont define SYSTWM.DEAD.LETTER.QUEUE while creating the queue manager then what are the problems that we may face.

It's defined by default.

It's not assigned for use, though.

The problems you will face by not having a dead letter queue are pretty well documented, and somewhat frequently discussed here.

And without it, it will be very difficult to determine reasons for other problems when messages don't get to destination queues. You should define it!
