Hi
other than the IBM site , can you please suggest me other links /URLs ,where i can find good information like more sample questions ....targeted at the certification.
Also is it possible to add / delete/ modify a userid / roles at runtime,if yes then how.

To my knowledge there are no other sites that exist for this purpose. You should read the Architecture guide, the Intro to BuildTime, Intro to Runtime, Installation Guide. You might also consider reading the first few chapters of "Production Workflow" by D. Roller, and F. Leyman.

As far as your runtime query goes, Sadly the answer is no... unless you consider running fmcibie.
