I have windows vista in my laptop, is it compatable for mq5.3 and mb5.3.

I'd be more interested in knowing if Vista works..... 
Try it & post your experiences. I for one would be interested.
Failing that, ask IBM. I've not seen anything on the web site about it, but they may have a view.

the 'partyline' does not yet include Vista support, but that does not mean it doesn't work in 'partyterms', so if you have Vista... give it a go... and let us know...

No release of WMQ (5.3, 6.0) is supported on Vista yet.
