Hi Folks,
A 3rd party company to whom we are testing a MQSeries connection with uses a single RECEIVER channel for multiple participating companies.
That is, the relationship between SENDER channels to the RECEIVER channel is n:1.
Now assume the single receiver channel belongs to company R, and there are two sender channel companies S1 and S2. Also assume that the CURSEQNO attribute on the message status is different between S1 and S2. How does S1 and R and S2 and R stay running? My thinking is that one of the channels should be a victim of a Message Sequence error. Is there a way of turning this check off? Note: sender/receiver channels are on INTEL or UNIX platforms.

There will be to seprate instances of the receiver channel program so that should not be an issue, Iam just curious how they show up in the channel.sync.q _________________ Jeff
