I am evaluating above stated tools for use on our project.
It will be highly appreciated if anybody can help me in my evaluation by giving me a fair comparison on this.

Stay away from TIBCO, we did a evaluation of
TIBCO
MQSI
WEB METHODS
MERCATOR

TIBCO was slower and also had problems in the area of platform support
there suite of tools did not all run on our hardware:
HPUX No MQSeries adapter.
OS390 MQSeries Adapter was 2 times slower than using MQSeries.

If you are looking for a Broker Product it is a tough call between MQSI and Mercator.


These are my opinions based on using the tools !!!!!!!!!

TIBCO is generally more of a publish-subscribe architecture with it's own transport layer.

If you are already using MQSeries messaging, then it's going to duplicate your transport layer or bridge to it - which is not ideal.

We compared MQSI to TIBCO, Mercator and SeeBeyond.

We chose MQSI.
