Hi,
When I start the adapter, that's the exception that I recieve.
C:\IBM\WebSphereServer\connectors>call "C:\IBM\WebSphereServer\bin\start_adapter" -nConnector -s -lcom.crosswo

Post the adapter logs and trace file snaps over here

The messages for log file sizes are just warnings. I dont think that should cause the adapter not to start.

From your post, it looks like some jar file could not be located during startup. Make sure that all required jar files are specified in the connector startup script (start_<ConnName>.bat).
