Hi there,
In MQSI v1.1 you could contol the configuration of the NEON Rules engine through a configuration file. As of v2.x.x this configuration files is still used, however only a handfull of parameters are used - w.r.t. connection to the DB which hold the NEON rules and Formats information.
I know that some of these parameters are available through environmental variables:
NN_ALERT=OFF allows you to switch off the creation on NEONetStatusLog
NN_ALERT_FILE_NAME=filename allows you to change the default name of the log file.
However my current problem involves a large message which once parsed get re-formatted into an even bigger message ~11Mb. Problem is this just sets the broker looping and gobbling up CPU. I think this is because the maximum buffer parameter being used is too small (default in v1.1 was 1Mb).
Just to test the build I ran a v1.1 rulesengine against the build and it worked ok (once the MaxBufferSize parameter had been increased in the config file).
Does anyone know if an environmental variable can be used to set this?
It could be that I'm on the wrong track, any other ideas as to what may cause this.
I also got a problem to process large message (> 1MB) in using MQSI V2.0.2.
In MQSI 1.1, I set a parameter in the configuration file MQSIruleng.mpf as follows:
[Operations]
MaxBufferSize = 20000000
However, what should I set in the configuration file neonreg.dat for MQSI V2.0.2 or nnsyreg.dat for MQSI V2.1?
