Within the SYSTEM.CICS.BRIDGE.QUEUE. Do I need to define this
queue with trIggering parameter like

TRIGGER TRIGTYPE(FIRST)
APPLICID(CKBR)
PROCESS(PROCESS NAME)

OR just define this queue as a normal lcoal queue and let the CKBR
transaction to handle the above element.

Yes, if you want the CKBR transaction to be started by the trigger monitor specify for your bridge queue trigger type First, the initiation queue as the init queue for the cics region and process CICS_BRIDGE and CKBR as the application Id in the process. You can, if wanted, include other CKBR options such as WAiT= in the process userdata.
