Yes, I heard you!
Who? Support Desk? 3rd Line? Hursley? Sales? IBM's a big organisation.
And some documented support would assist those of us promoting moves from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0 if you'd be so good. "Some guy on a forum said it works now" doesn't help much with these people, no matter the undoubted reliability & credability of the forum guy
I call upon the IBMers lurking round for assistance with this last point! _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Sorry, I made a mistake with my question. What was the outcome of the PMR? |

So is the PMR connected to the fact that your installation is shot ("infact websphere mq explore crash if i select a queue or channel propreties...
") or to the failure of a .NET 2.0 program to opperate correctly with MQ?
Put another way, are IBM supporting an MQ aware .NET 2.0 program? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

If IBM have written explorer using .NET I'll be surprised...
Yes, a PMR is a support incident with IBM (Program Maintenance Request?? I used to know but it's something along those lines).
I remain interested in the support for MQ with .NET 2.0. Please post how that call progresses & what the outcome is.
Thanks _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

The problems could be linked because it could be a bad install. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

PMR = Problem Management Record. If you give an IBM support rep your PMR number they'll be able to look at a record of your problem. |
