Hi,
I currently have the Message Broker toolkit version 6.0.0.0 and WebSphere Integration developer version 6.0.0.0. I have been trying to install the latest fixpacks for both on these (fixpacks 6.0.2.0) using the RPU (this is already at version 6.0.1.0).
I have followed the documentation and merged all the policy.xml documents together and made sure they all point to the relevant update and discovery folders but I am still getting the following error:
Unable to complete action for feature "WebSphere Integration Developer Fix Pack 6.0.1.2" due to errors.
Unable to complete action for feature "updater.wid.601.prereq.check.win32" due to errors.
Unable to create file "/C:/IBM/WID_WMB_60/updater/workspace/proxies/eclipse/features/updater.wid.601.prereq.check.win32_1.0.0/update.properties". [C:\Temp\eclipse\.update\1159213655609\1159213655611\eclipse23595.tmp (The system cannot find the file specified)]
C:\Temp\eclipse\.update\1159213655609\1159213655611\eclipse23595.tmp (The system cannot find the file specified)
None of the files in the error message exist.
Any ideas on what's gone wrong? |

I wouldn't merge the policy.xml files.
Apply them one at a time. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Also, I had issues with iFix002 of WID 6.0.1.2. It seems that iFix 003 has come out, but I'm not willing to try it just yet to see if it fixes the problems that iFix002 caused. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I didn't think you could apply the policies one at a time?
When I have tried to apply just the MB policy, I get the message "Required update IBM WebSphere Integration Developer version 6.0.1 not found" and if I just apply the WID policy I get the same message but for Message Broker. |

Well.
I guess I don't "follow the directions" then. I just install from the update website, usually. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
