Well it would appear that we found our problem. When we move the applications into the production system we forgot to point one of the queue readers to the production system. In the development environment we have tighter constraints and a lower max queue limit.

Sorry for the confusion.

Interesting. I would have thought the tighest constraints of all would be in production, not development.
