I am creating a small utility(vb.net) to find all the queues associated with a Queue Manager. This app will run on a client that has the MQ client software installed. MQ server is running on a win 2000 platform. I have reviewed the APR for WebSphere and havent found any pointers to review. I can connect to the manager, but after that I am lost on how to get all the queue names from the manager.. Any help/direction would be appreciated..

If you want to do this from a program, you can use a Programmable Command Format message to issue an "Inquire Queues" command.

Or you can do "dis ql(*)" from runmqsc.

I was able to use the PCFMessageAgent and PCFMessage object to return a listing of the queues.
