I have a requirement to set the Priority field in MQMD in my ESQL
When i debug the source code, I can see that it sets the priority to what i want, however when it comes out of the compute node, I see that it is reset to 0.
My code to set the priority is- SET OutputRoot.MQMD.Priority=9
Is there some setting that needs to be done or some thing Im missing. Plz advise. |

Hi.
ESQL looks OK... Check your output node properties - Advanced / Message Context. If this is set to 'Pass All' (the default) then it won't update - try changing it to 'Set All' and see if that works.
Cheers

Hi,
Its not at the MQOutput node that Im facing this issue.
In debug mode, I see that as soon as the msg comes out of the COmpute node , priority in MQMD is reset to 0.
WHile I debug the source code in the compute node, I see that priority is set to 9 in my ESQL, but it resets when it comes out of the node.
Is there any setting in the compute node? |

Hi kt76,
There is a Priority field in the Properties folder, change that, then it should work.
Regards. |
