Hi I am an MQ Admin working in California,
I got a problem in sending the files using MQ. I am using Reference Message to send the files. Successfully created Channel exits.
But when I am sending the files I am getting the below error:
Linux is the platform
EXPLANATION:
Channel program 'QM1.QM2' ended because user exit
'/opt/mqm/ptf/ptf10/MQSeriesSamples/backup/opt/mqm/samp/bin/amqsxrm(MsgExit)' is not valid.
ACTION:
Ensure that the user exit is specified correctly in the channel definition, and that the user exit program is correct and available.
----- amqrexta.c : 4419
Anyone Help me in this asap.
Thanks & Regards

Just because the compiler and/or linker did not give you any error messages, does NOT mean that you have successfully created a channel exit.
Secondly, are you sure that path is correct? Third, are you sure that you are using the correct exit type for a reference messages?
Lets see some sample code and the makefile.

Hey Rogers,
Thanks a ton for the reply.
I am using the correct path and Channel exit type.
I've done the samething on Windows test servers, its working perfectly fine.
I am not abe to figure out the error exactly.
but the error log shows that error which I posted in my previous post. |

It may be that the mqm user does not have sufficient permissions to access the path to the exit; it needs at least read, and maybe execute, permission to each dir in the path. _________________ MQSeries.net helps those who help themselves.. |
