Hi, this forum is great and i appreciate this blessing.

WMQI 2.1 csd2

I want to "convert" a message format like "\data1\data2\data3\dataN" to a XML format. The data fields are delimited by "\".

Anyone could help me with an ideia to do this?

Luis,

You can do this by adding TDS and XML as Physical Wire Format to your message set. You can then define a compound type of elements data1...dataN in MRM and set Data Element Separation property to All Elements Delimited in TDS tab. For the same type element, set Delimiter to \ character. For converting this message to XML you can either define XML schema into MRM or use selfdefining XML in a compute node.

You can find more detailed explanation on how to do this in MRM in book Working With Messages (Chapter 7).
