Hi
we are migrating from MQSI 2.1 to MB6.(MQ 5.3.4)
we installed configmanager on AIX 5.2, during creating the config manager we specified the QMGR name.

After the qmgr is created we started the listner for it on 1415 using runmqlsr

we also created SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN and tried to connect to the QMGR from MQ Explorer.

This is the error we are getting
Qmanager not available for connection.ensure that the qmgr is running.If the qmgr is running on another computer,ensure it is configured to accept remote connections.(AMQ 4043)

Its a fire wall Issue.we asked our n/w admin to look into it.
