To who this may help. Please be aware that when defining an XA Resource from the MQSeries Services panel for any given Queue Manager, it won't work. You will need to manualy edit the registry key : ThreadOfControl from the XAResourceManager and replace the value from : PROCESSUS to PROCESS.

I cannot say when this problem was introduce, but after doing so it work.
