				| I am trying to create a configuration manager. the command I used is mqsicreateconfigmgr -i username -a password -q MQCM3 -n DBCM1 -u db2username -p db2password
 I am getting the following error codes: AMQ7026, BPI8053E

 ----
 code description (googled!!)

 AMQ7026	A principal or group name was invalid.

 Explanation: You specified the name of a principal or group which does not exist.
 User Response: Correct the name and resubmit the request.

 BPI8053E Unable to set the security for Q Manager.

 ----
 Here is what I have

 Message Broker 5 FP7
 MQ 5.3 FP12

 I have admin rights to the system and am the member of the group mqm.
 I am able to start, end and delete the QMs from the command prompt
 Here is what I found
 http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21107774

 from the above link I tried the following command:
 setmqaut -m QMCM3 -t qmgr -g mqm +connect
 and the response is setmqaut command completed succesfully!!!! then I tried mqsicreateconfigmgr command but didnt succeed as it gave the same error!!
 Am I missing anything at the command? or what could be the reason. I am relatively new to this product.

 your help is appriciated. Thanx

				| Just to confirm, both "username" and "db2username" are local users, that both already exist.
 And also, "username" is a member of Administrators, mqm, and mqbkrs. db2username is fully authorized to the database DBCM1.

				| db2username is not a local user. while installing, a user id is given by network admin and I assume it is in another domain(PA).
 db2user is fully authorized to DBCM1

 username is my login name under domain PA and it is in all groups. BUT I did not see mqbrkrs group when installed the product. So I created one.

 And I found the folwoing info at IBM Site:

 http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wmbhelp/v6r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.etools.mft.doc/ap08683_.htm

 for example:
 for Creating a broker, Configuration Manager, User Name Server, or database (withmqsicreatedb) in SALONE
 User is... 	Local domain (SALONE)

 * Must be a user ID defined in SALONE
 * Member of Administrators

 User is ...Primary domain (PRIMARY) / Windows Single domain (PRIMARY)

 * Must be a user ID defined in PRIMARY
 * Member of SALONE\Administrators
 Trusted domain (TRUSTED) / Windows Parent/Child domain in domain tree (TRUSTED)

 * Must be a user ID defined in TRUSTED
 * Member of SALONE\Administrators

 Based on the above information, as I used PA domain IDs to install MQ and DB2, I think I need to be part of the mqrbkrs group of the domain. But I am not sure wether we have that gruop in the PA domain. I installed this product to learn.

 Thanx Jeff and also please share your ideas and possible solution too.

				| Are you an administrator on your computer? Do you have your DB locally on your computer?
 If the answer for above two is yes,How about creating an user id with adminstrative access.
 Create the following groups,
 mqbrasgn
 mqbrdevt
 mqbrks
 mqbrops
 mqbrtpic
 Make that your userid part of those groups.re-create the DB(I dont think its going to work if you simply grant full access to that user upon adding to the DB.And also my knowledge is limited to DB2),with that user id.Then the run the command mqsicreateconfigmgr.
