We have roughly 6500 users with MQseries 2.1 for Windows NT in our support base. Recently, a number of these users began experiencing System Errors (AMQ9516) on their channels to and from our AIX servers. We see system errors occasionally, but never in this quantity and short timeframe. I suspect some other process on the workstations is the culprit, but am not sure how to diagnose. Has anyone had similar problems or does anyone have any helpful suggestions? I wonder if it is possible that the AMQRSYNA.DAT file is getting corrupted during nightly runs of our Diskkeeper defragmenter, but have no idea how to confirm the integrity of the AMQRSYNA.DAT file.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Steve
