I have a question on Aggregate Fan Out and Fan In.
If there is an incoming message in XML format with one of the complex times repeating more than once and the number of times it repeats is unknown, I have to fan out the aggregate request dynamically and fan in.
Is this doable?
From what these two posts say, looks like it is possible

I did some more reading and this is what I think I can do but not sure if this works.
1.
MQInput -> Compute (with multiple propogates) -> Aggregate Control -> Compute -> AggregateRequest

2.
MQInput -> Compute -> AggregateControl -> Compute (with multiple propagates) -> AggregateRequest

Am I going in the right direction?

Hmm, I think those 2 cases would work in following way:

Quote:
1.MQInput -> Compute (with multiple propogates) -> Aggregate Control -> Compute -> AggregateRequest

There would be 1 aggregate reply flow transaction per number of propagates made in 'Compute (with multiple propogates)' -node.

2.MQInput -> Compute -> AggregateControl -> Compute (with multiple propagates) -> AggregateRequest

All replies would be handled in single aggregate reply flow transaction.

Thank you very much. Your post helped me build my flow.
Based on your comments, I tried the second option and it turned out to be what I wanted.
Once again, thanks.
