Hi i am a beginner of MQSI , can u help me with a roadmap of what step should be followed inorder to gain the basic conepts of MQSI,or can u help me with some basic examples

Read the introduction and planning guide and then get a test installation working as soon as possible (reading manuals and learning as you go).

I spent ages reading all the manuals, but concepts don't stick in your head until you actually put them into practice and start using the product. I like to set myself mini-projects to complete (for example a flow to transform from one format to another).

There are many downloaded documents from the IBM sites.
For the beginers, I feel you go through
"Business Integration Solutions with MQSeries Integrator", which gives you the prelimnary steps of MQSI.

The code for the MQSI downloadable document is SG24-6154.
