Hi
Iam trying to connect remote qmgr via SYSTEM.ADMIN.SVRCONN using monitoring application SiteScope, and getting 2059 error. SiteScope use java to connect qmgr. My MQ environment is in 5.2 version. SiteScope to connect qmgr use standard jar libraries. Is it possible that connection to qmgr in 5.2 version using Java returns 2059 error ?? Maby error is in diferent place ??

2059 is a VERY common error for MQ clients (c and java),. I suggest using the "search" button to do some research.

Hello tsobanski,
Could you tell more about your problem? Which OS and the CSD used.
I am using v5.2 with CSD 05 on WinXP(just for testing). I tried a simple program to put a message and it is working fine.
Make sure the QManager is up and the listener is running.
Keep us updated if the problem is solved.

Hi
it come out that reason is that SiteScope support MQ Series at least 5.3 version so I have to prepare workaround using shell scripting for my 5.2 version.
