While using MQ adapter, we need to confiure one meta object right? I created it from modifying it from Sample file in sample directory under MQ Adapter as I understood from the document. That meta object (BO) contains one line ( may be more depending the need) in its body as follows:
contact admin
type String
length 255
is this correct ? Can someone give some explanation of the role of this file.
Also, the message is XML, so t he other datahandler is
MQ_datahandler_DefaultXMLConfig in addition to MQ_Datahandler_Default
Am I doing correct?
hoping the input as usual and thanking for the cooperation |

In the connector specific properties:
DataHandlerConfigMO should be MO_DataHandler_DefaultXMLConfig for XML. |

Thanks for the reply. I a m still confused. When I saw the tutorial, there are two files selected as follows:
ConfigurationMetaObject : Sample_WebSphereMQ_MO_Config
DataHandlerConfigMO : Sample_WebSphereMQ_MO_DataHandler
for our real project, if I am testing wtih portconnector at incoming side ( I am trying this first time sorryf or details) that means the message is text message, what should I select as Supported BO for MQ adapter ( outbound connector)
1. if I like the message put in the queue is just text message
2. the message put in queue is xml message
from the doc, I understand, I choose
MO_Datahandler_Default for DataHandlerConfigMO and give a name ( i can choose) for ConfigurationMetaObject. right? What should be the content of the ConfigurationMetaObject BO?
how the connector knows what BO to write in the queue? do we have to put the BO name as attribute name with _Create in ConfigurationMetaObject BO? for simplicity, lets suppose MQ connector at the outbound connector. I am using VTC as inbound connector.
It would be greate help if someone can clarify/
thanks in advance |
