ask the guy that installed it
use help/about on windows
read what is written on the cd
use the package manager on unix
ask omegamon support (priority 1 call)
check the version number printed on the manual
check logfiles for version numbers
start/settings/control panel/software and see what is installed
use your brain _________________ Regards, Butcher |

You can find the version of CMS/Agent/CNPS/CNP From "Manage Candle Services", Usually it located on "Start" -> "Programs" menu.
On unix, there might exist the similar program as "Manage Candle Services" but I do not know the exact file name.
In fact, If you can find the CANDLE logs, You would find the version from them too. _________________ MQ, z/OS, Assembler, C/C++, Oracle, Informix,DB2,ITIL,Tivoli, Candle ... ... |
