Websphere 4.0.3 + MQSeries
Has anybody used XA with remotes Queues using Websphere. Websphere and MQSeries are installed on separate boxes. It does not work.

If I understand your question, I don't think it will work. Are you trying to use an MQSeries client from inside of WebSphere to talk to a Qmgr on another box? If so, it won't work. You need to use a bindings connection and put your Qmgr on the WebSphere box.

You are right, I followed up with IBM support.
They admited that MQ Series and Websphere should be on same Box to support JMS-2 Phase Commit(). It is a huge limitation though.
