Hi,
Iam having 2 Qmgrs, QM1 port 1414 & QM2 PORT 1415 defined on my Windows MqServer.
I set my env path variable as MQSERVER = QM.SVRCONN.Channel/TCP/mycomputer(1414), it works fine.
But i have another client program wants to send msgs to QMGR listening on port 1415 , How do i configure my environment?
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks

There is only one possible value for MQSERVER for a particular program at a particular time.
You do not have to set the MQSERVER environment variable at the SYSTEM level, or even at the USER level. You can either use the available system/os APIs to set the environment in your program, or you can use a script to launch your program that will set the environment first.
Please consult with your local system administrator if you don't understand this answer. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

You might also want to look at using the MQCONNX call in your program. |
