On a W2K workstation I try to start MQSeries Explorer with a user which is neither in the local Admin group, nor in the mqm group.
I get the following error: AMQ4013
Manual says that user MUST be either in the local Admin group, or in the mqm group.
Security restrictions do not allow that the user is a member of one of the special groups mentioned above.
Q: is it possible at all to do so? and how?
Any help would be appreciated.

This is NOT what I was looking for!
All I want to do is to start MQExplorer using a user without mqm or local admin rights - no queue manager involved yet!
Manual says that user who wants to start MQExplorer must be either in mqm group or in local admin group. Q: is this correct? no way around?
thanx |

Afra,
When you ask a question and someone gives you the correct answer, as per specs of your question, you should not yell at them.
Re-read the messages provided by the link. The anwer to your question is in the very last message posted.
