Hi,
I have 2 problems with WBIMB Tool kit.
1. I cannot do a put to a queue from the WBIMB Tool kit on client machine using the tab(Put Message) in the tool kit.
I have the client channel defined.
2. I cannot debug the flow in the debug perspective. The messge already reached the destination before I try to see the message using 'next step'.

I have gone through some of the posts on mqseries.net and have installed csd 03 and agent controller 5.0.2.
Appreciate ur replies.....
Thanks

There are no connection parameters on the enqueue message information page, so you are correct.

And I get a BIP0887 error when I try to write to a remote queue definition.

So, you're right, I think. You can't put a message to a remote queue using the Put Message function in the Toolkit.

As to your debugger problem, I suspect that you aren't properly connecting to the server or don't have a break point set.

We are having the same issue. We are trying to put a message to a broker queue manager that does not exist on the same machine as the config mgr or on the local machine that the Toolkit is running on. We get this error

Quote:
BIP8096E Can not enqueue message into queue INPUT.QUEUE using queue manager WM21

Reason:

Check the enqueue file Test.enqueue for errors and try again

I cannot find the BIP8096E error message in any of the manuals and the queue manager and queue names are valid as it works with Rfhutil. Also, there are no messages in the config mgr event log

Having spoken to an IBMer, my understanding is that enqueue doesn't support putting the message on the remote queue; the queue has to be on the same machine as the Toolkit.

Again, having spoken to an IBMer, my understanding is that this could be a timing problem. Try restarting the agent controller, then restart the broker. After the broker has been restarted completely, then attach to the flow engine to debug. Also, try checking that the agent controller timestamp is correct. Go to the installation directory of the agent controller-->bin and check that the RAserver.exe timestamp is Feb. 5th, 2004.

I hope that that makes sense and is useful.

As I have put a ticket in on the remote debugging with IBM I can confirm that the remote debugging doesn't work properly on certain platforms/levels.
We have installed three different RACs and IBM is still not able to fix it. Further they have confirmed that is a fault and not software incompatiblity at this point.
You can not enqueue remotely. I believe this is on IBM's web site if you search support.
