| After HA failover, the RCV channel would set up a new instance which seq num is 1, I'm curious why the peer SDR channel run an old instance which seq num is 1273498, but didn't set up a new instance.

Look in ccsid.tbl. It shows that the base CCSID for 1208 is 13488:

Back to basics:
Maybe the queue name and/or qmgr name on the flow do not match the real queue and qmgr names. |

The values on a CLUSSDR are overridden by the same attributes on the CLUSRCVR.
Have you changed the CLUSRCVR as well? |

| You will need to make sure that the env var is exported in all shells which start channel processes, including inetd (for amqcrsta), runmqlsr, runmqchi, runmqchl, runmqsc. |
