Can i get this by getCurrentDepth() of class MQQueue?
when i use this i have reason code 2068 returned.

If i can't get the depth by above method, any other ways?

Right, and that's exactly what i am doing. So this is the case whenever B is dead.......

Then if B is dead the proper response is to spin up another instance of B, using a high-availability techn ...

What business case prompts you for scenario 3? To me this scenario makes absolutely no sense...and does not fit any accepted patterns...

I wonder what queue it going to access?

Users also need PUT permission to SYSTEM.ADMIN.COMMAND.QUEUE.

I had. I even gave +all authorities. It still comes out with the same error message....
