All the applications we have are OK with the default round-robin clustering algorithm except one, which needs special handling. Is there away to control traffic for this application only?

That said, you are trying to conserve the resources of the overhead of additional EGs, but compared to 700 flows, the overhead is not very big! So you're saving a penny, and possibly costing a dollar ...
