We did have the last message in group flag set, so that was not the problem. I forgot to mention that in my initial post.

I'm using support pac IA07 Sendmail. IBM do not supply the lil or make file for Solaris so I've had to hash it together from the AIX and Linux makefiles IBM supplies with the support pac.
