Delete the directories from the file system
Restart the machine

I have both the dlls (amqzsaic.dll & imqc23vn.dll) in the MQ6 install path/bin.

I copied just the bin directory of MQ 5.3 in the same folder as RFHUtilc.exe (so the these dlls take precedence) ...
