well, the MCAUSER is mq.
Don't you want MCAUSER('mqm')?
Otherwise, you would have had to create an ID of 'mq' and grant permission to it to do what you want to do.

win client can ping 172.16.80.12 is alive
win aix both have user(mq) .
if chanel name =channel1 ,but it can't connect ,It's disconnected
