Right click the broker, select properties and enter the appropriate channel, AND IT SHOULD NOT BE A SYSTEM CHANNEL.

I am trying to enable resource and statistics in Message Broker Explorer to analysis performance monitoring...

Right click on message flow - Statistics -> Start Message Flow Statistic ...
